SALES & ADMIN ASSISTANT

We need a Sales & Admin Assistant who are just as passionate about the work and helping the team. It is essential that self-motivation and time management are second nature in everything that you do. ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Sales & Admin Assistant at Chetwins Contracting, you shall perform all the duties set out by the management of Chetwins Contracting 2020 Ltd. It is expected that the employee shall during the term of employment, honestly, diligently, and faithfully work with the management of Chetwins Contracting 2020 Ltd and devote all of their normal working hours to performing the duties in a manner which will promote the interests of the employer.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • A great attitude and drive to support the team.
  • Ability to complete required H&S and QA documentation.
  • Experience in accounts receivable & debt collection
  • Ability to work on your own & execute tasks in timely manner
  • Experience in a supporting manager/sales rep
  • Able to self-manage and ability to problem solve
  • CoPPTM training with TMP designing a bonus
  • Experience in customer service, project managing, dealing with councils
